| 摘 要： | “双师型”师资队伍的建设是高职教育培养目的需要。邯郸职业技术学院通过外出进修，深入实际锻炼，岗位带教，企业引进等方式在这项工作中取得了一定成效。有关教育行政部门和高职院要在工资分配，职务聘任上加大改革力度，以加速“双师型”师资队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | Biulding 'double-typed' teaching staff is the need of training purpose of higher vocational education. Handan Vocational College of Technology has achieved much in the operation by means of sending out teachers for advanced studies; going into tech practice for training; learning at post;recruiting new teachers from among engineers and skilled technicians.Administrative departments of education and vocational colleges ought to strengthen the reform in salary distribution,position appointment and the engagement of academic title so as to accelerate the construction of 'doubletyped'teaching staff. |
