| 摘 要： | 高校对青年学生进行思想政治教育,面临着忽视个人自我价值,忽视学生自身诉求,忽视青年人的多元化价值追求等问题,由此而形成教育者和被教育者之间的隔膜和对立,制约思想政治教育工作的整体形象和实际效果。在马克思主义人学理论的指导下,通过转变教育者指导意识,提高教育者主体素质、优化教育环境、优化校园思想政治教育的各种载体,来提高思想政治教育工作的针对性和有效性,可以使高校思想政治教育工作达到事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the applications of ideological and political education carriers face many questions such as ig- noring personal self - value and students - oriented concept. The carriers lack diversity and creativity. Marxist hu- manistic theory is the basic theory of humanized application of ideological and political education carriers. The way to increase the effectiveness of carrier application, pertinent and timeliness of ideological and political education is to improve educators＇ qualities, educational environment and implementation of carriers in order to reach twice the result with half the effort. |
