| 摘 要： | 新公共管理是西方发达国家20世纪80年代以来政府改革运动中的重要指导原则。作为新公共管理的发源地,英国公共部门的改革不仅对其他国家影响很大,同时英国的高等教育系统也深受新公共管理思想的影响而进行了变革和创新,主要体现在市场机制的引入和科研评估的实行等方面。

| Abstract: | The New Public Management is the essential principle that the developed countries in the west have obeyed in the course of the movement of government reforms since the 1980's.As the cradle of the NPM,the reform and innovation in the public sectors in UK have influenced greatly a large number of countries but also affected British higher education a great deal,mainly in the two sides: the emphasis of the role of the market and the introduction of the Research Assessment Exercise(RAE). |
