新课改中教学思想与实践之复杂辩证性探析

摘    要:有着多重价值诉求的新课改,使复杂的教学世界体现出更为复杂的辩证性。新课改的全球化背景以及国内不平衡的社会发展状况要求我们认识教学世界的辩证特性必须具有一个更宽广的理论视野,而变革中复杂的教学实践要求我们在自觉运用辩证法时,需要格外关注教学变革中的文化冲突与整合,洞察教学实践者伴随变革转化过程而产生的情感变化及其所需支持,找到变革中多重教学价值相互协同的联结点。

An Exploration into the Complex and Dialectical Property of the Teaching Thoughts and Practice in the New Curriculum Reform

Abstract:The new curriculum reform in pursuit of varied teaching values has made the complex teaching world show a more complex dialectical property. The globalization and the unbalanced social development demand us to understand the teaching world in a broader theoretical perspective, while the complex teaching practice in reform requires us to pay close attention to the cultural conflict and integration in the teaching reform, to perceive the practitioners' feeling changes and the supportive measures they need accompanied by the transformation of different stages in the reform, and to search for the tie that could make varied teaching values cooperate with one another.
