| 摘 要： | 新形势下我国高等函授教育出现了函授学员学习积极性减退，函授教育质量下降等一些新问题。从函授学员学习需求角度来探讨函授教育内容、教育方法、教育手段和教育管理等方面的改革，将对我国函授教育管理具有一定的现实意义。
