在行政法治建设中融入社会主义核心价值观,是我国法治建设的必然要求,它包括行政组织法和部门行政法两个维度。行政组织法上的社会主义核心价值观融入,包括将国家价值目标元素融入立法目的、国家价值目标与社会价值目标元素融入立法原则、公务员法律规范上核心价值观的融入三个层面。部门行政法上的核心价值观融入则集中体现为以核心价值观重塑教育行政、以核心价值观引领公安行政、以核心价值观强化民政行政三个方面。
