湖南省对外服务贸易发展策略研究

湖南省服务贸易发展速度较快,服务贸易占外贸总额比重不断提高。从湖南省的资源禀赋来看,劳动力要素相对充裕、资本要素相对匮乏,故应该出口劳动密集型产品,进口资本密集型产品,即大力发展旅游、建筑工程、运输等劳动密集型服务的对外输出,增加金融、咨询、医疗等资本、技术密集型服务的输入,这样将会提高社会总体福利水平。此外,湖南还可以采取一些措施改善其禀赋结构,发展如动漫卡通、平面广告设计、电子商务等一些新兴的服务贸易行业。

Research on the Developing Strategies of Hunan's Foreign Service Trade

Hunan province enjoys fast development in trade service,and the proportion of total foreign trade amount has increased.From the angle of comparative advantage of Hunan province,the unskilled labor is relatively abundant,but capital is relatively scarce,the province should export labor-intensive products and import capital-intensive products to develop the export of tourism,construction,transportation and other labor-intensive services and increase the import of financial,consulting,medical care,and other capital and technology-intensive services.This will optimize the overall welfare level of society.In addition,Hunan province may adopt some measures to improve the comparative advantage of the status and develop some emerging trade services,such as cartoon animation,graphic,advertising design,network and culture and so on.
