摘    要:创新型国家与和谐社会建设对当代学生的综合素质提出了重要挑战。学生工作领域富含培养学生综合素质的独特资源,其实践变革更是当代教育变革不可缺失的独特构成。借助学生工作领域内学生生活世界的形成、发展与转换,聚焦学生学校生活中的不同组织单元,可以培养学生的综合素质。在小组/小队建设层面,包括小组/小队组建、活动开展、组织的重组等教育构成。在班级/中队建设层面,包括组织单元转换,班级意识的培养,班级生活的整体建设等具体教育构成。在年级建设层面,包括跨年级交往与年级自主管理等具体内容。在社团/学校组织建设层面,可以在组织建设的过程及具体的活动开展中全面提升学生综合素质。在促进学生与家庭/社区/社会/自然世界的关系建设中,通过学生自主吸收与转化,主动介入与重建,可以进一步提升学生的综合素质。

Abstract:The development of innovation-oriented co untry and harmonious society raises important challenges on comprehensive quality of contemporary students.Student work areas are rich in resources to cultivate students' comprehensive quality,and its refor ms are indispensable and unique composition of contemporary educational reform.Focusin g on different organizational units in students' school lives,students' comprehensive quality can be cultivated with the formation,development and transformation of students' life in the fie ld of student work.In the level of group/team development,there are group/team formation,activit ies carried out and group/team reorganization.In the level of class/squadron development,there ar e organization unit conversion,training of class consciousness,and overall construction of class l ife.In the level of grade development,there are cross-grade communication and self-management.In the level of interest group/school organizations construction,students' comprehensive qualit y can be enhanced in the process of organization construction and the specific activities carried out.In promoting construction of student and family/community/souety /nature relations,student s' comprehensive quality can be further enhanced through students ' independent absorption and tr ansformation,and active intervention and reconstruction.
