| 摘 要： | 针对即将到来的九○后大学生入学高峰,通过分析九○后的既有特点,研究现有高校就业工作面临的问题,从改革职业指导课程、完善职业辅导门诊、推进创业就业实践、优化职业素质测评、健全就业援助准备等方面,为预期出现的九○后大学生就业问题寻找有效应对措施。

| Abstract: | The enrollment peak is approaching when more students born after the 90's last century are entering colleges and universities.This paper analyzes their characteristic and employment problems colleges will face,and also suggests some effective measures to deal with employment problems through reforming employment courses, improving vocational consulting,promoting employment practice and vocational quality assessment. |
