| 摘 要： | 山东体院一年级新生分别来自中学、体校和专业队，他们在一段时间内对大学生活不同程度地表现了不适应状态。从５个方面对２８４名新生进行了问卷调查，分析了学生的思想特点，提出了相应的对策和使之尽快渡过不适应期的方法。

| Abstract: | The freshmen at Shandong P.E.Institute come from middle schools,sport schools,athletic teams respectively.They showed the inadaptable state at the beginning of enterring P.E.Institute.We investigated 285 freshmen from 5 aspects with questionaire,analyzed the students,thinking characteristics, and put forward the relevant countermeasures and ways to help them tide over the inadaptable period. |
