依托传统地质优势 实践复合型高级石油工程人才培养

本文基于国家能源战略分析及中国油气勘探开发对人才的需求,依托自身传统地质特色,不断探索适合自己的专业培养方案及目标,提出了复合型石油工程高级专业人才的培养模式,即强化＂三个结合＂教育,突出＂练、习、研＂实践教学、＂校企＂联合培养的人才培养模式。实践表明,该培养模式人才培养质量效果显著。

Training Integrated Senior Petroleum Engineering Talents Relying on Traditional Geological Advantages

The model of the integrated senior petroleum engineering talents training has been proposed based on the demand of the talents for chinese oil and gas exploration,the analysis of the national energy strategy,the characteristics of the traditional geology and the constant exploration of the training programs and targets that being suitable for the major.The training target is to strengthen ＂three combinations＂ education,highlight the ＂training,practice and research＂ practical teaching and implement the united training model with the combination of the university and the enterprise.The result of practice shows that the talents quality of the training model is apparent.
