| 摘 要： | 在ACCESS窗体中通过VBA自动操作本地数据库，自动启动和运行WORD中的VBA代码——自动将数据库中数据形成WORD文档、自动打印、命名和存档到指定目录中。最后在VBA中经WINDOWSAPI调用自动启动、操作和将ACCESS中的数据填充到Dr．COM软件中。实现外置式校园网用户管理系统的效果。

| Abstract: | To implement external campus net user management system based on Dr.COM,this paper searched for a way combined WORD,ACCESS,VBA and WINDPWS API.Firstly,through VBA in ACCESS windows,the local database was operated and WORD was started.Secondly,by running the VBA codes in WORD,the data in the database were used to form a WORD document,then the WORD document was printed,named and saved in the appointed directory.Finally,through calling windows API function in VBA,the Dr.COM software were started and operated,and the data in ACCESS were filled in Dr.COM software.All these opertations were run automatically. |
