摘    要:无机化学是一门专业基础课,涉及的理论知识比较繁杂且规律性不强。西藏高校的化学教学班多为藏汉学生混合,学生水平参差不齐且大部分学生基础相对薄弱,传统的教学方式难以将化学知识生动形象地呈现出来,学生的学习兴趣无法有效调动,这无疑会影响课堂教学效果。因此,文章将基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式引入到无机化学教学中,用于改善学生课堂参与的现状,对提高学生学习效果有着重要意义。

Abstract:Inorganic Chemistry is a professional basic course,involving complex and irregular theoretical knowledge.Most of the chemistry teaching classes in Tibetan colleges and universities contain both Tibetan students and Han nationality students.The students'level is uneven and most of the students'foundation is relatively weak.So it is difficult to present chemical knowledge vividly and arouse students'learning interest with the traditional teaching methods.There is no doubt it will affect the classroom teaching effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to introduce the flipped classroom teaching model into the teaching of Inorganic Chemistry course in colleges and universities in Tibet,which will enhance the students'participation in class and improve their learning effect.
