摘    要:为构建高质量乡村教师队伍,提升乡村教育质量、教学水平,探究乡村教师队伍发展现状,从乡村教师的生理、安全、归属与关爱、尊重、自我实现等五方面的需求,对乡村教师队伍的需求层次理论进行研究,针对乡村教师面临的不同需求给出相应对策,实现乡村教育繁荣发展。研究结果表明:工资、岗位津贴能够使乡村教师满足基本生活;社会保障、编制能够使乡村教师获得安全感;沟通、交流能够使乡村教师在乡村教育中找到归属感和关爱;尊师重教能够使乡村教师更加无悔奉献;针对性培训能够使乡村教师更能体现人生价值。

Abstract:To construct high-quality rural teachers,improve the quality and teaching level of rural education,explore the development status of rural teachers,this paper studies the needs of rural teachers from five aspects based on the theory of need levels:physiology,safety,belonging and care,respect and self-realization.According to the different needs of rural teachers,the corresponding countermeasures are given in order to achieve the prosperous development of rural education.The results show that salary and post allowance can make rural teachers meet the basic needs of life;social security and authorized post can make rural teachers feel secure;communication can enable rural teachers to find a sense of belonging and care in rural education;respecting teachers and attaching importance to education can make rural teachers more devoted;targeted training can enable rural teachers to better realize their value of life.
