| Abstract: | The 19th National Congress of the Party drew a blueprint for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which mentioned the strategy of developing a powerful transportation country.Based on the current strategy of strengthening China's transportation industry and the diversified trend of transportation mode development,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by transportation planning and management talents focusing on road transportation,and puts forward the basic ability demand and engineering ability demand of the professional transportation talents combined with the development priorities of the strategy of strengthening China's transportation industry,and constructs the new ideas and key contents of the curriculum system transformation in the training of transportation professional talents. |
