| 摘 要： | 本文在对学会秘书长工作分析的基础上,借鉴国内外制定职业标准的基本经验,从我国国情出发,提出了我国学会秘书长的职业标准,明确了学会秘书长的任职条件,以便为今后开展学会秘书长的职业培训、资格认证、岗位聘任和考核,促进学会秘书长工作职业化、加强学会秘书长队伍的依法管理提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | This article based on the work analysis of learned society secretary general, utilized the domestic and foreign basic experience of professional standard formulation, embarked from our national condition, proposed Chinese learned society secretary general＇s professional standard and assignment condition. It will be convenient to provide the policy-making basis for carrying out learned society secretary general＇s professional train, qualifications authentication, employment and examination in the future, promote learned society secretary general＇s work professionalism, strengthen the legal management of learned society secretary general troop. |
