| Abstract: | From a technical viewpoint, information attainments should focus on the ability to process different types of information, but in a psychological viewpoint, information attainments should emphasize the ability to solve information problems. Information attainments should stress the ability to exchange information, according to the sociological point of view, while information attainments should aim at the multiple restructuring of information culture, according to the cultural point of view. |
