| Abstract: | The harmonic structure of a leading group is the basis to ensure the healthy development of the organization's causes of which the mental structure of the leading group is an important factor.The harmonic mental structure of a leading group will enhance the whole activity.The paper illustrated the influences of the harmonic mental structure on the whole activity of a leading group,from the aspects of recognition,emotion,will,motivation,ability,temperature and character etc. |
