| 摘 要： | 思想道德素质教育是素质教育的核心内容，是马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说的重要内容，居五育之首。而当前高校德育内容、方法存在一些问题，德育工作实效性较差，应主要从树立新观念、更新内容和改革方法入手，加强德育，培养学生健全的人格。
