| 摘 要： | 本文依据河南社会发展和教育事业大、中、小学实际规模和发展需求，遵循高教事业超前和滞后性的周期规律，采用资料统计和文献比较的方法，对河南省2005—2010年体育高等教育发展规模进行了统计学预测，得出了高等教育项士、学士、专科结构应有比例和政府与学校双向调控招生数量和发展规模的结论。

| Abstract: | This essay has a statistics forecasting of the developing scope of Henna P E higher education from the year 2005 to 2010 according to Henan social development and the actual scope and developing requirement of colleges,middle schools and primary schools,observing the lead and lagging periodicity regularity,using the way of counting and comparing documents The essay makes the results that the proper ratio of higher education Master,Bachelar and specialty's structure and the students' number and developing scope which is controlled by government and schools |
