职业教育改革之探析

我国就业人员素质普遍低下成为制约经济发展的主要障碍,这与我国当前职业教育发展滞后有密切关系。导致职业教育发展滞后的原因既有政府方面的原因,也有社会与教育自身方面的原因,要改变这种状况,就必须从改革教育制度入手;政府要改变教育管理理念,将教育工作的重心从"普通"向"职业倾斜"。

On the reformation of vocational education

The quality of employees in our country is low at large,which becomes the main obstacle for the economy to development.This case has a close relationship with the lag vocational education of our country in the present time.There are two reasons which lead to the lag of vocational education,the reason of government and the reason of society and education itself.In order to change this kind of condition,we must begin with reforming the education system,the government must change the concept of education management,the center of education task should change from "commonness" to "vocation".
