| 摘 要： | 现实主义作家们在众多作品中塑造了一批具有时代色彩的基层干部形象,这些典型表现出来的复杂性、矛盾性和多层面的性格特征,是当今社会现实改革的产物,在他们身上既能揭示改革的艰难和不良反映,又为改革的发展指明了方向,具有深刻的现实意义.
