| 摘 要： | 党的十六届六中全会对构建社会主义和谐社会进行了全面部署。建设和谐社会需要国民素质的不断提高和社会的全面进步。成人教育不仅是整个国民教育体系的重要组成部分,也是终身教育体系的主体、实践基础以及构建学习型社会的根本途径。成人教育不仅能促进人的身心全面和谐发展,而且是加速经济发展、科技进步、提高民族素质、促进精神文明建设的重要手段。探讨成人教育的地位、作用和发展方向,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious society has been generally planed in Chin a' s Sixth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee.Harmonious s ociety should be based on the improvement of the whole national quality and social development.Adult education is of important part in t he whole national education system a nd life-long education.It is importan t to probe the role and the future development of adult education for the con-struction of socialism harmonious s ociety. |
