摘    要:一般产品都很重视售后服务,而对新闻媒介来说,鉴于新闻媒介的传媒特性和我国现行政治体制的现实情况,售后服务仍未被提上议程。媒介产品作为一种商品在市场出售后,应当在坚持新闻的党性原则和媒体的社会公益原则前提下,同时遵循企业运营和发展的操作规律,加强售后服务。

Abstract:The after-sale service is stressed in normal commercial activities. But for the news media, the after-saleservice is not taken into consideration yet, because of the special features of the news media and the contemporary politicalsystem of our country. On the precondition of keeping the party spirit of news and caring the benefits of the public, thecommercial activity of media products, as a kind of commodity sold on the market, should obey the law of business man-aging and developing and emphasize the after-sale service.
