| 摘 要： | 根据党的十六届五中全会发布的《中共中央关于推进社会主义新农村建设的意见》，2007年在全国开展了“中国和谐城乡游”活动。长白山区作为我国重要的特色旅游景区，在发展乡村旅游方面存在巨大的潜力和空间，但在发展中出现了一些缺乏统一规划，资金不足，产品单一等问题，文章针对这些问题进行了创新对策研究。

| Abstract: | The fifth session of the 16th national congress of CPC has put forward the opinions about advancing new socialist countryside construction, ＂Chinese harmonious urban and rural tourism＂ activities have been developed since 2007. As the important scenic spot with the characteristics, Changbai Mountain has enormous potentiality and space, but still existing some deficiencies. So the paper studied the innovative countermeasures. |
