Exploration on the Exception System Applying for Anti-monopolization Laws

In view of the general idea,as monopolization is a stream of power that excluding and limiting competition.Every country presents some anti-monopolization laws.It aims to maintain competition mechanismand protect consumers'benefit.However,in the course of anti-monopolization benefit measurement,we find that it promotes economical development and technical progress instead of damaging competition,decreasing efficiency and harming consumers' benefit.Therefore,exception system applying has formed as a component part for anti-monopolization.This paper gives a profound study and discussion for its concept,theoretical foundation,basic features and development trend.The author hopes that it is helpful to establish anti-monopolization law for our country.
