| 摘 要： | 讨论合并院校给图书馆带来的影响、并校后图书馆的理性运作及可持续发展策略三个问题.笔者坚信合并院校图书馆只要以"企业再造工程"理论为指导,走特色化文献资源建设之路,加强知识技能型队伍建设,增强特色服务造血功能,图书馆一定能实现1+1＞2并走向持续发展之路.
