| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育作为高等教育的一种形式,一直以来为满足人们接受高等教育的需求提供着教育服务。成人高等教育是为学生提供教学服务的过程,服务过程中难免存在着过失和不足。通过对服务补救必要性的认识,分析造成服务失误的主要原因,以及实施服务补救管理的对策,以提高学生对成人高等教育服务的满意度,从而促进教学质量的提高。

| Abstract: | According to the service industry's function in economic development,Education is part of the tertiary industry,the service industry.Continuing education as a form of higher education,has been satisfying people's needs to receive higher education and proving educational services.Continuing education,as a process to provide educational services to students,unavoidably has its shortcomings.By understanding the necessity of remediation in the service,we can analyze the main cause of the mistakes in the ser-vice and the strategy,so that we can increase the students' satisfaction and improve the teaching quality. |
