摘    要::在中文学科人才培养的系统工程中 ,《秘书学》教学模式的变革具有特殊的意义 :建构主义与传统启发式融为一体的新型的教学模式、直观的多媒体组合的情景教学手段、有实践范例参照的灵活的形成性练习———这些探索有待研究者不断深入 ,但其教学效果已充分证明 ,教学模式的变革 ,能促使学习者主动参与 ,实现知识向技能的转化 ,培养学生的实践能力。正是这种探索 ,使“内外结合”的秘书技能培养模式已在实践中初步形成

Secretary Studies:Changes in Teaching Models And Fostearge of Students'Abilities
Abstract:In the talent training system engineering of the Chinese course of the Chinese language,the reform in the teaching models of the secretary studies course has specific significance:the new teaching model of the combination of traditional heuristic and construction teaching models,the visual multi-media situational teaching model,the flexible case study-all this exploration has proved that,though it still needs to be deepened continuously,the reform in teaching model will help students to participate actively,transform their knowledge into technical proficiency and cultivate their practical ability.It is this kind of exploration that improves the groundwork for the formation of `internal and external'cultivating model of secretary technical proficiency.
