In the talent training system engineering of the Chinese course of the Chinese language,the reform in the teaching models of the secretary studies course has specific significance:the new teaching model of the combination of traditional heuristic and construction teaching models,the visual multi-media situational teaching model,the flexible case study-all this exploration has proved that,though it still needs to be deepened continuously,the reform in teaching model will help students to participate actively,transform their knowledge into technical proficiency and cultivate their practical ability.It is this kind of exploration that improves the groundwork for the formation of `internal and external'cultivating model of secretary technical proficiency.
