新型农民科技教育培训机制创新研究

我国农民科技教育培训工作取得了显著成就,但仍存在培训信息不足、资金缺乏、内容不切实际等问题。健全和完善农民科技教育培训工作机制,可把培训机制运行分为培训需求分析、培训计划实施、培训效果评估三个步骤,通过培训效果评估进行反馈与改进。除构建内部培训机制外,还应强化政府的参与和管理,充分利用各种媒体加大宣传科技培训的作用,从而为农民科技培训营造良好的外部环境。

Study on the Innovation of Scientific and Technological Education and Training Mechanism of New-type Peasant

Nowadays,the scientific and technological education and training work for peasants has achieved distinguished achievement,but there still exist the problems of inadequate training information,shortages of capital and impractical content. In order to optimize and porfect working mechanism for peasants' scientific and technological education and training,the operation of training mechanism can be divided into three steps:analyzing training demand,carrying out training project and evaluating training effect,then giving feedback and improving training project according to the evaluation of training effect. Apart from building inside training mechanism,in order to build constructive outside environment for peasants' scientific and technological training,the participation and administration of government should be strengthened,the function of scientific and technological training should be increasingly popularized by fully taking advantage of various media.
