| 摘 要： | 文章认为,目前大学毕业生就业困难原因较多,其中一个不可忽视的现象是大学毕业生自愿不就业。问题的原因主要是居民财富得到大幅度增长、传统观念下父母与子女责任界限模糊、畏惧竞争等,解决的方法主要应从制度设计上尽量消除其经济基础,把经济压力转变为积极就业的动力。

| Abstract: | The author believes that there are many the problems in difficulty of employment for college students, but one of the problems is the college graduates＇ unwillingness to be employed. The causes of the problems are the growth of residents＇ wealth and competition fear and traditional opinion conflicts. The paper puts forward some suggestion on solving the problems. |
