摘    要:以“共同决策”和“集体协议”制度为主要内容的德国劳资舍作制度是德国有效处理劳资关系的特殊机制。它以合作而非斗争为基础,协调两大阶级的利益,缓和阶级矛盾,保持了经济发展和社会稳定。

Abstract:The German labor-capital co-operation system,which has a "co-determination" and "collective bargaining" system as its principal content,is a special system for the German government to handle labor relations successfully.It is based not on conflicts but on co-operation,so it can coordinate the interests between labor and capital,relieve contradictions, and finally stimulate economic development and keep social stability.
