| 摘 要： | 建设全国一流的高职院校，必须有高水平、高素质的教师队伍。加强教师队伍建设，是实现高职院校持续发展的根本。本文从师德建设、观念创新、教师培训、双师素质、产学研结合等方面对当前高职院校教师队伍建设提出几点看法。

| Abstract: | In order to set up first-class vocational colleges, teachers with high level and high quality are in great need. It is the basic importance of the continuous development for vocational colleges to strengthen teachers on a high level. This article refers to some views about this in the light of strengthening moral integrity of teachers, bringing forth new ideas, teachers training and teachers' quality, connecting production, study and research together. |
