| 摘 要： | 建筑职业院校土木工程专业设置“工程质量事故分析与处理”课程是十分必要的。提高该课程的教学质量，对培养学生的综合素质，对学生在以后的设计、施工和管理工作中分析和处理各种具体问题，保障建筑工程质量，防止重大工程质量事故和安全事故，都有着积极的意义。
