摘    要:将班主任理解为“各科教师教育影响的统一者”,是对班主任“纽带作用”的曲解。各科教师的教育影响既不需要统一,也不可能统一,而且也不应该由班主任来统一。

Abstract:To regard the teacher in charge of a class as the "integrator of the education influences of the teachers ofvarious courses" is to misunderstand the "link role" of the teacher in charge. The education influences of the teachersof various courses need not to be integrated, nor is it possible that they can be integrated. And it is not the task of theteacher in charge to have them integrated.
