| 摘 要： | 党内选举制度对于加强党内监督有重要作用,党内选举是实现并保障党内监督的有效形式。提出应从提高党员民主素质、实行竞选制度、加强选举程序建设、真正实行弹劾罢免制和健全党内选举法规等方面完善党内选举制度。

| Abstract: | This article expotunds the marxist classical author's theory that the promotion of the Party's internal supervision needs reform- hag and Perfecting the Party's internal election system,and sums up the importance of the election system to the Party's internal supervision, which considers that the former is effective to realize and guarantee the latter.The article holds that we should reform and perfect the Party' s internal election system by means of improving the Party members'democratic quality,carrying out election conest,strengtheming the con- struction of the procedure,carrying out the impeaching system really and perfecting the laws and regualafions of it. |
