| 摘 要： | 学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分,包括各类学校的体育课教学、课外体育活动、课余体育训练和体育竞赛。学生在校享有体育权利,包括接受正常体育教育的权利,通过体育学习获得身体健康的权利,接受合格的体育教师教学的权利、自由选择体育活动项目的权利,使用相应的体育场地、设施和器材的权利。为了保护学生的体育权利,我国先后颁布了一系列法律、法规。本文试从法律法规与学校体育的角度探讨如何保障学生的体育权利,从而维护学校、教师、学生三方面的权益,保证学校体育工作的正常开展,为切实推进学校体育中的素质教育和依法治教、依法治体提供理论支撑。
