| 摘 要： | 为提高RFA-300连续流动分析仪测定烟草制品中还原糖含量的准确性,依据行业标准YC/T159-2002对各种影响因素进行了考察,发现样品放置时间是主要影响因素。实验结果表明,在烟草及烟草制品中还原糖的连续流动法测定中,样品宜制备后马上测定,不宜放置太长时间。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of industrial standard YC/T159-2002,the investigation was made on the relative factors to improve the accuracy of determination of reduced sugar in tabacco by RFA-300 continuous flow analysis equippment.We can find that the main influencing factor was laying-aside time of tabacco sample.The experimental results showed that the tobacco sample should be determined immediately after preparation. |
