| 摘 要： | 分析了图书馆员工作的实际情况,建立了优秀图书馆员的评价指标体系.采用层次分析法（AHP）和逼近理想解排序法（TOPSIS）相结合,提出了一种优秀图书馆员评价与选择模型,并通过实例验证该方法的可行性.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the actual conditions of librarians＇ work, establishes an evaluation index system for excellent librarians. It combines AHP with TOPSIS to propose a model for evaluating and selecting excellent librarians, and confirms the feasibility of this method with examples. |
