《皖政辑要》所见清末安徽的农业改良

清末新政时期,对传统农业进行近代化改良是清政府的一项重要经济政策。农业大省的安徽多项农业新政并举,集中体现在了四个方面:设立近代农业行政管理机构、开垦荒地、推广桑蚕和兴修水利。这些政策和措施,在皖省得到了相当程度上的贯彻和实施,因而取得了一定的成效,安徽的传统农业亦在此时开始出现了新的气象。《皖政辑要》作为反映晚清安徽概貌的一部政书,真实地记载了该省实现这一转变的历史过程。

Agricultural improvement of Anhui province in the late Qing Dynasty recorded in Digest of Anhui Government

During the "new-policy" period of the late Qing Dynasty,one of the important economic policies of the Qing government was to modernize traditional agriculture.As a large agricultural province,Anhui carried out a series of agricultural policies,including establishing modern agricultural administration institutions,opening up undeveloped land,extending silkworm culture and constructing water conservation.With the implementation of these policies,the traditional agriculture of Anhui turned a new leaf,which was recorded in Digest of Anhui Government,an official book reflecting the general picture of Anhui province in the late Qing Dynasty.
