| 摘 要： | 需求分析是教学设计的基础,教学设计的内容要满足教学需求,即社会需求、职业需求和个人需求。同时,教学设计不能是静态的,要随着环境和需求的变化不断地进行调整,这样才能更好的满足需求,取得良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Demand analysis is the basis of teaching design,the content of instructional design should meet the teaching needs,that is social needs,occupation needs and individual needs.At the same time,the teaching design can not be static,should constantly adjust with the changes of the environment and requirements,so as to better meet the demand,make the good teaching result. |
