| 摘 要： | 新闻标题“立片言而居要”,是读者在尽可能短的时间内获取尽可能多的有用信息的语言媒介,在新闻报道中起着独特的作用。因此,新闻标题显的很重要,新闻标题翻译的研究同样重要。本文结合大量英语新闻标题翻译的实例,从准确、精炼、传神三方面,即忠实理解把握原文的含义,简洁晓畅表达原文的思想,生动展示原文语言的文采,探讨英语新闻标题的翻译标准。

| Abstract: | A News headline is the soul of an article and gives an immediate revelation of its essence.It helps the reader to get as much information as possible in the shortest time.Thus,the study of the translation of English news headlines is of great importance.With plenty of practical examples given, this paper is to discuss the standard of English news headlines through three different aspects in accuracy,conciseness and vividness,namely,faithfulness to the original ideas,simple and smooth expression,and a living demonstration of literary features. |
