| 摘 要： | 针对多数科技学术期刊存在办刊经费少、经济效益低等问题,以中南大学理工版学报办刊实践为例,论证开源的前提是注重学术质量,办出特色,创立期刊品牌;介绍开源的具体措施,如争取主办单位政策和经费上的支持,举办专题学术会议,出版会议论文专辑,采取多种形式办刊,收取版面费,刊登广告等。
