| 摘 要： | 秦的发展过程总共经历了三次文化转型。第一次是西周到春秋早期,史官文化取代巫术文化;第二次是春秋末期到战国中晚期,法文化取代史官文化;第三次是秦统一前夕到秦帝国时期,帝制国家文化取代法文化。秦的三次文化转型体现了其思想文化的创新与发展,也体现了其文化内容的复杂多样。
