| 摘 要： | 情绪智力理论是近二十年心理学领域出现的一种新理论，但有关它的思想却有着悠久的历史，可以追溯到古希腊。整体上可以把情绪智力的思想渊源及情绪智力的理论孕育过程划分为六个阶段，把情绪智力理论的诞生与发展划分为三个阶段，目前情绪智力理论的构建和应用已成为情绪心理学研究的一个热点问题。
