双重市场竞争视野中的中国高等教育

摘    要:高等教育大众化进程中不可避免地会存在新旧教育观的冲突,而基于计划体制的传统高等教育观与以市场导向为主的大众化高等教育观之间的碰撞在短时间内难以消除.要正确认识这种冲突,需要从全新的视角理解高等教育的本质意义.市场竞争是这种正确认识的前提条件,尤其需要从国内与国际双重市场竞争的视野审视高等教育观.

Abstract:Popularization has become a foundation for the development and reform of higher education in our country. In the process of popularization,there will be an inevitable conflict between new and old views of higher education. The conflict between the view of traditional higher education based on planned system and the view based on market-oriented popularized higher education cannot be resolved within a short period of time. To recognize the conflict correctly,a completely new point of view is needed to explain the nature of higher education. And market competition is the hypothesis of this correct recognition,and the viewpoint of dual market competition at home and abroad is especially needed to reexamine closely the view of higher education.
