知识累积贡献率——科技创新驱动力指标

摘    要:借鉴国外知识存量测度方法,并根据中国国情对模型进行适度修正,提出知识存量与知识累积贡献率的计算公式,以期为上海实施"创新驱动发展战略"、建立"具有全球影响力的科技创新中心"相关指标体系有所裨益。

Knowledge Accumulated Contribution Rate -One kind of Technology Innovation-Driven indicators
Abstract:In 2013, U.S. adjusted the GDP accounting system, then many countries have followed suit, which indicates that Technological Innovation plays an unprecedented role in economic and social development. Obviously, the Total Factor Productivity is anachronistic, which is widely used in China. Currently, the researches on Stock of Knowledge (or Knowledge Accumulated Contribution Rate) have been more than ten years, and many foreign governments have put into practice. This paper draws on the foreign common measurement methods of the Stock of Knowledge, and adjusts the models according to the actual situation, hoping to be useful in establishing relevant indicator system of Innovation-Driven Development Strategy" and of Technological Innovation Center" in Shanghai.
