| 摘 要： | 易腐易变质的原材料或产成品在食品制造、存储、运输以及销售等整个供应链过程中都是非常需要关注的问题。以食品行业中单制造商多零售商为对象,考虑原材料和产成品的易腐易变质等因素,建立集成的生产库存优化模型,实现供应链上制造商和销售商的整体效益最大化,以达到供需平衡;最后,通过对案例进行优化求解并对计算结果进行分析,验证提出模型的可行性和有效性。

Research on Food Production Inventory Control of Single Manufacturer and Multi-retailer |

| Abstract: | It is very need to pay attention to the problem of perishable raw materials or finished products in food production, storage, transportation and sale of the entire supply chain process. A single manufacturer multi retailer in the food industry as the research object, considering the raw materials and finished products of perishable and other factors, the establishment of integrated production inventory optimization model, realize the maximization of supply chain manufacturer and marketer of overall efficiency, in order to achieve the balance of supply and demand. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by solving the case and analyzing the results. |
