黑龙江省虚拟有机农场模式构建及保障机制研究

面对农产品安全以及我国有机农场存在的分散性、规模小、成本高等现实问题,以经济下行压力较大的黑龙江省为例,通过对其发展有机农场的优势条件进行分析,在虚拟组织理论的基础上首次提出虚拟有机农场创新模式,并通过对该模式及其保障机制的建立与阐释,论证其可行性与优越性,以期为提升黑龙江省农业经济提出一种新的思路、为探索现代化有机农业模式创新提供借鉴。
