Implementing double creation strategy to promote regional scientific and technological progress: take the development of Wenzhou Chuang Chuang space as an example

Taking the implementation and effect of double-creation strategy in Wenzhou area where private economy is relatively developed as the research object, starting from the interpretation of national policy and the connotation of public-creation space, through investigation and research, this paper demonstrates the development process and characteristics of passenger-creation space in Wenzhou area with detailed data, and combines the industrial characteristics and people with the existing problems. Focus and investment culture, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote regional scientific and technological progress.
